Joseph Johnson today announced that Michael Q. Pink has been named Endowment Growth
Director for SeedAmerica. Pink will assume the newly created leadership post
immediately.

"Michael brings a wealth of experience in strategic business development," said
Johnson. "His tremendous vision and expertise will help build on the critical work
of our organization, ensuring that SeedAmerica builds an endowment that
significantly impacts thousands of business people across the globe through our
college of business."

Pink, a long time sales consultant and board member to SeedAmerica, will oversee
SeedAmerica's Acquisitions division. He will continue to work out of Sarasota, FL.

Pink is founder of the Rainforest Institute (Panama) and Selling Among Wolves
(United States), a Biblically based sales training and development firm specializing
in adapting Biblical strategies and principles to the business development process.
For over 30 years, he has studied, practiced and taught high performance sales and
business principles to small, family owned businesses as well as companies on the
Fortune 100 list.

Pink has written and co-authored numerous books including The Bible Incorporated,
Selling Among Wolves, How to Manage a Million Dollars or Less and Profiles of
Success. As a contributing writer for numerous national magazines, he has been a
frequent guest on radio and television programs.
